| Alumni Transcripts
Sewanee Alumni may request transcripts from the Office of the University
Registrar. To order a transcript you must send a written request by mail or
fax. Because a signature is required, we cannot accept requests by
telephone or email.
Please include the following in your written request:
current name and any former names you may have used (maiden name, nickname,
etc.)
social security number
date of birth
year of graduation or the dates you attended the University
signature
name and specific address to which the transcript should be mailed
indicate whether the transcript should be an official sealed copy or an
unofficial copy
daytime telephone number where you can be contacted if there are any
questions

You may also fax your request to us at (931) 598-1894.
Transcripts are sent via U.S. mail usually within one business day of
receiving your written request. We’re sorry but we do not fax transcripts
and we cannot accept transcript requests from third parties (employers,
parents, spouses, etc.)
